Mix the baking mix and yeast. Add almost 3/8 l lukewarm water and knead for about 3 minutes. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes
Peel and chop the onions. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Heat the fat. Steam onions and spring onions in it in portions while turning for about 8 minutes, season.
Knead the dough with a little flour and roll it out on the greased and floured fat pan (approx. 35x40 cm). Pull up the rim. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes
Mix sour cream and eggs, season. Spread all onions on the dough. Pour egg sour cream over it. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas mark 3) for 35-40 minutes
