Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Debreziner sausage (alternatively Kabanossi)
  • 1 (150 g) red pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Sauerkraut
  • 1/2 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 2-3 stem(s) Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ripened cream

Directions

    Finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage diagonally into slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Heat oil and fry sausage in it. Add onion and fry until transparent. Sprinkle with paprika powder and sauté briefly.

    Add sauerkraut and paprika, deglaze with stock. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut spring onions into rings. Wash marjoram, dab dry, chop finely. Add both 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream.
