Peas peel and possibly wash. Cook the macaroni for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Cut the sausage into thick sticks. Mix milk, cream and eggs with the whisk of the hand mixer. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put peas in boiling salted water, bring to the boil briefly, pour into a sieve and drain well. Pour macaroni into a sieve and drain well. Mix macaroni, peas, tomatoes and sausage, pour into a greased casserole dish and pour egg-milk over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley as desired
