  • 50 g Hazelnut kernels with shell
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 185 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 40 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Jelly
  • 30 Tortelette paper cups

Directions

    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Cream butter, sugar and salt. Add the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the fat egg mass with the milk. Fold in the hazelnuts.

    Put 2-3 tartlet cups into each other. Add the dough and place on a grid. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down on a cake rack. Knead marzipan and 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Halve the mixture. Knead the cocoa under one half. Roll out the marzipan separately and cut out the same number of large and small flowers. Place one large and one small marzipan blossom on each tartlet and press lightly. Heat the jelly while stirring and place it as a small dot in the middle of the flower.
