Ingredients

  • 2 rolls (125 g each) Harz cheese
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cut the resin into thick slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. Cut bacon into strips and fry in a hot pan. Mix vinegar and oil. Mix resin, onions, caraway and bacon.

    Pour vinegar-oil marinade over it. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle over the cheese salad. Serve with farmhouse bread and lard
