Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp fat & flour
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 100 g soft butter/margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 200 g flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tablespoons (25 g) mixed almonds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice or milk
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp brown lipstick
  • 7-10 Tbsp some green and 1 tube
  • 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquorice strings, colorful sugar-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pearls and chocolate lentils
  • 7-10 Tbsp aluminium foil, freezer bag

Directions

    Grease both halves of the baking tin (approx. 22 x 26 cm; see below) and dust them with flour. Put the halves together and close them with the two locking pins that go with them. Place a piece of aluminium foil on the bottom of the oven

    Preheat the oven: Electric stove: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: stage 3. Grates the marzipan coarsely on the household grater. Separates 1 egg, chills the egg white. Stir fat, sugar, vanillin sugar, salt and marzipan in a mixing bowl until creamy. Stir in 1 egg yolk and 2 eggs separately. Mix flour, baking powder and almonds, stir in with cream

    Fill the dough into the mould with the help of a tablespoon (it is then filled to about the edge of the mantle). So that the dough is well distributed in the mould: Hold the mould with the opening facing upwards and push it onto the work surface from time to time. Place the mould on the bottom of the oven with the opening facing upwards. Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes

    Leave the cake to cool in the mould for about 20 minutes. Remove the pins, detach the halves of the mould. Let the cake cool down completely. Cut the dough under the boots straight. For the icing: Beat 1 egg white, juice and icing sugar with a hand mixer until creamy and shiny. Put 1/3 of it in a small freezer bag

    Take 1 teaspoon each from the remaining cast and colour it brown or green. Colour the rest of the cast red. Paint the man with the cast: the body red, the boots brown, the gift bag green. Cut a small corner from the freezer bag. Spray beard and hem with it. Decorate Santa Claus with sweets. Let everything dry
