Ham-macaroni with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2-3 Carrots (approx. 250 g)
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Flour
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 100 g Cream processed cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Clean, wash and cut broccoli into florets. Boil 3/8 l water, stir in broth. Cover the carrots and broccoli and cook for 6-8 minutes

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the ham as well. Drain the vegetables, catch the broth

    Fry the onion in hot fat. Sweat flour in it. Deglaze with broth and milk while stirring. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese, melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Meanwhile cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Heat the ham and vegetables in the sauce. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Drain the noodles and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle the chives rolls over the pasta
