Ham and Carrot Wrap

Ingredients

  • 25 g Radish sprouts
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 2-3 Salad leaves
  • 2 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham without fat edge
  • 1 (100 g) small apple
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) light spread with yoghurt (15 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 (70 g; wheat flour cakes) Tortilla wrap
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parchment paper and kitchen yarn

Directions

    Sort the sprouts, wash and drain. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrot. Wash and shake the salad dry.

    Cut ham into strips. Wash apple, quarter it, remove seeds. Cut 1 quarter into slices, dice the rest finely. Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice

    Mix bread spread, parsley, carrot and apple cubes, season to taste. Spread the wrap with the spread, leaving about 2 cm free around the edges. Place ham, salad and sprouts on top. Roll up the wrap and cut in half diagonally. Wrap in parchment paper if necessary and tie tightly with thread
