Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash pork, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan.
Brown the meat for about 5 minutes. Add the pepper strips and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and gyros. Arrange noodles and meat on plates. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over the gyros.
Garnish with pepperoni.
