Clean, wash and chop the beans. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cook beans, potatoes and noodles in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves.
Peel the garlic. Put basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan and oil in a blender and puree. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the beans, pasta and potatoes on a sieve (do not let them drip off) and put them back into the pot immediately.
Add half of the pesto and cream. Swivel the beans, pasta and potatoes in it. Arrange on plates. Garnish with basil. Add remaining pesto extra.
