Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Peel onion and cut into cubes. Wash, clean and dice the tomato. Wash the thyme and, except for something to garnish, pluck leaves from the stalks. Divide the beans into 12 bunches and wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Fry the bean packets in portions over medium heat for about 4 minutes, turning them over. After 2 minutes add onion, tomato and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates. Garnish with thyme. Ciabatta tastes good with it
