Wash the asparagus and cut off the lower ends slightly. Cook the asparagus in plenty of boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Wash the pork fillets and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan and fry meat on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Remove, season with salt and pepper and keep warm. Heat butter in a pot, add sesame seeds and brown a little. Serve asparagus, sesame butter and pork fillets together. Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
