Ingredients

  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 glass (156 ml) Spanish olives stuffed with Piri-Piri
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dried rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1.2 kg green beans
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil and red chilli

    Soak the buns. Crumble the cheese roughly. Pour olives into a sieve, drain and chop roughly. Peel onion and chop finely. Mince meat

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Carefully knead in olives and cheese. Shape the minced meat mixture into a loaf and put it on the fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 1 1/4 hours.

    After about half of the frying time, pour on broth. In the meantime, clean and wash the beans, put them in boiling salted water and cook for about 18 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and chop very finely. Wash the cucumber and grate coarsely.

    Mix the curd and sour cream. Add garlic and cucumber and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour beans into a sieve and drain. Arrange meatloaf and beans on a plate.

    Serve garnished with basil and chilli peppers as desired. Sprinkle Tzaziki with pepper and serve in a small bowl. Flat bread tastes good with it.
