Put the flour in a bowl and press a depression in the middle. Mix yeast, sugar and 200 ml lukewarm water and pour into the hollow. Mix with some flour from the edge to a pre-dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash, clean, halve and slice the zucchini. Peel onions and cut into slices. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil to the flour edge. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise again for about 30 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the prepared vegetables for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the hot pan. Fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes until crumbly. Add herbs and season with salt and pepper. Add tomato puree and sauté briefly. Add 150 ml water and simmer for about 3 minutes. Cut ham into strips. Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes. Grease baking tray. Knead the dough once more on a work surface dusted with flour. Roll out rectangularly in the size of the baking tray (32 x 39 cm). Place on the baking tray. Spread with the tomato sauce. Mix the minced meat, ham and vegetables briefly, cover pizza with it. Spread mozzarella on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Season the curd cheese with salt and pepper, alternate with 2 tablespoons of oil in a small bowl. Cut the minced pizza into pieces with a pizza cutter and serve immediately. Add dip.
