Ingredients

  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 375 g Salmon fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (250 ml) béarnaise sauce
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and dill

Directions

    Clean broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Put pasta and broccoli in boiling salted water. Cook for about 8 minutes, then drain. In the meantime wash the salmon, dab dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

    Pour all ingredients into an ovenproof dish. Mix sauce and cream and pour over the salmon. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 12 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon and dill
