Gratinated pork loin with gorgonzola-hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  • 750 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 (300 g each) Pork fillets
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 Hollandaise sauce bag
  • 100 g Butter
  • 25 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the beans as desired. Put beans in boiling salted water and cook for 18-20 minutes. Wash meat thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillet thoroughly on all sides. Fry on medium heat for another 15 minutes on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

    Remove from the pan and let it rest for a while. Put the pan with the frying fat aside as well. In the meantime peel and roughly dice the onions. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes as desired. Drain the beans. Heat the cooking fat again. Brown the onions in it. Add tomatoes and beans and fry for about 2 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, crumble the gorgonzola. Heat 1/4 litre of water and milk in a small pot, stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil again while stirring constantly.

Stir in gorgonzola as well. Cut the fillet into slices. Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, place the meat on top, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with gouda. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with marjoram as desired
