Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Fillet of beef
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen green beans
  • 125 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Preparation time: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the beef and pork fillet thoroughly. Place the meat on the fat pan of the oven. In the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) roast pork fillet for approx. 10 minutes, beef fillet for approx. 20 minutes.

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes for about 15 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, wash if necessary, cut in half and add to the potatoes 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

    Season with salt and pepper. Put the beans into boiling salted water, cook for about 7 minutes and pour onto a sieve. Season meat with salt and pepper and cut into slices. Put everything into a large ovenproof dish.

    Spread cheese in small pieces over it. Bake in the oven at the same temperature until the cheese begins to melt. Serve sprinkled with parsley and garnished.
