Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 1 (30 g) Onion, e.g. red
  • 100 g Chicory u. Fenchel
  • 30 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 2 tl (10 g) oil, salt, pepper
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel 1 orange and onion. Clean and wash the chicory and fennel. Cut everything into slices. Clean and wash lamb's lettuce

    Fry fillet in oil for 10 minutes, season. Grate the peel of 1 orange, squeeze the juice. Mix the gravy, vinegar and peel and season. Serve everything
