Grape salad with cream cheese balls

Ingredients

  • 300 g mixed grapes
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Radicchio
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raspberry vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil (approx. 10 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (approx. 3 g) Sugar
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 150 g Cream cheese with buttermilk (8 % fat absolute)

Directions

    Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Clean and wash salads. Pluck radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Whip vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and marinade, leave to stand for a while.

    Meanwhile wash the chives. Cut into small rolls and mix with cream cheese. Form into small balls and serve on the salad.
