  • 400 g + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 250 g Butter
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 350 g green and blue seedless grapes
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 600 g Cream cheese (17 % fat absolute)
  • 2 packages Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Common wheat semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and peel of 1 untreated orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Quickly mix 400 g flour, hazelnuts, butter in flakes, 100 g sugar and 1 egg with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes

    Wash the grapes, pluck them from the stems and cut them in half. Mix quark, cream cheese, 250 g sugar, pudding powder, semolina, orange juice and zest and 5 eggs

    Grease the fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Roll out the short pastry on a floured work surface to form a rectangle (32 x 39 cm) and line the fat pan with it. Spread half of the quark cream cheese cream on top of it. Spread grapes evenly on the cream. Spread the rest of the cream on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven, place on a cake rack and allow to cool. Dust with cocoa
