Gourmet bread rolls with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 125 g small mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Light cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 (60 g; e.g. ciabatta) Baked bread rolls
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) grated low-fat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp (17% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lettuce, tomato and herbs
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and halve the tomatoes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the mushrooms and onion for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and crème légère. Season with thyme, salt and pepper

    Halve the rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread mushroom mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish
