  • 3 kg Gooseberries
  • 2 kg Sugar
  • 1 package Preserving help

Directions

    Wash, clean and slightly mash the gooseberries. Add a litre of water and bring to the boil. Put the fruit pulp on a stretched gauze cloth and let the juice run through, squeezing the fruit pulp well.

    Bring fruit juice and sugar to the boil. Stir in the preserving aid and fill the juice into bottles. Shake juice well before use. Results in 1 1/2 to two litres of juice.
