Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 pcs. Salmon fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 Onions or leeks
  • 200 g Corn
  • 20 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 250 g Feta

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180° C, prepare 4 square pieces of aluminium foil.

    Mix oil with pressed garlic and spread evenly on the aluminium foil squares. Halve the cocktail tomatoes, dice the feta, cut the onion into rings and drain the corn. Salt and pepper salmon fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Place a salmon fillet on each square and spread tomato halves, feta, onion rings and corn evenly on and around the 4 fillets. Now form the whole thing into 4 packets and grill in the oven at 180° C for about 30 minutes.

    Parsley potatoes go very well with this.
