Baked apple dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Apples
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cinnamon
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese

Directions

    Wash, quarter and core the apple. Finely dice apple quarters. Boil down 100 ml water with apple, raisins and cinnamon until the liquid is almost overcooked. Leave to cool.

    Mix the cream cheese with the apple-raisin mixture, fill into a small bowl and chill.
