Ingredients

  • 2 Paprika
  • 2 Carrots
  • 200 g
  • 6 Radishes
  • 1-2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce
  • 150 gr yoghurt 1,5% fat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Zwiebelscholtte
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs

Directions

    Wash the vegetables and cut them finely, grate the carrots. Put everything in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, vinegar, herbs, onion flakes, pepper and salt and mix well.

    Goes well with baguette and grilled meat or fish.
