Goat cheese au gratin on salad

Ingredients

  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 small radicchio salad
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. walnut oil)
  • 2 (150 g each) Goat cream cheese rolls
  • 2 TABLESPOONS brown sugar or liquid honey
  • 1 ripe pear
  • baking paper

Directions

    Salads clean, wash, drain well and pluck smaller. Thyme wash, pluck. Mix with vinegar, 2 tablespoons water and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and some sugar. Fold in the oil

    Cut the cheese into 8 slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Gratinate under the hot grill or in the oven at the highest level until the sugar begins to melt

    Wash the pear, possibly peel, quarter, core and cut into slices. Mix salad and vinaigrette. Serve with pear and goat cheese
