Gnocchi with smoked salmon dill sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 125 g Double cream cream cheese with herbs
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice

Directions

    Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, bring to the boil and cook for about 2 minutes (until they float on top). Pour into a sieve, quench briefly and drain

    Cut salmon into strips. Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely except for a few flags for garnishing. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until transparent. Add cream cheese, cream and stock and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes

    Stir in salmon and dill, except for 1 teaspoon for garnishing. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add gnocchi, heat briefly. Sprinkle gnocchi in sauce with dill and arrange dill flags on plates
