Gnocchi with basil butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Gnocchi (from the fresh food counter of hilcona or Steinhaus)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 2 stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, steep for 2 minutes and drain. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop. Melt butter in a pan. Fry the gnocchi for 2 minutes.

    Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add herbs and toss everything. Deglaze with cream, heat briefly, done!
