Colorful spinach salad

Ingredients

  • 250 g leaf spinach
  • 50 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 (200 g) red pepper
  • 1/2 (160 g) big mango
  • 40 g Almonds
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil

Directions

    Read out the spinach. Cut off thick stems and wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water. Drain. Pour the alfalfa sprouts into a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain well.

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel the mango half and cut the flesh in thin slices from the stone. Halve the almonds. Arrange all salad ingredients mixed on a plate. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, salt and lemon pepper.

    Beat in walnut oil. Spread the vinaigrette over the salad.
