Gnocchi au gratin with rocket

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 packs (à 325 g) Gnocchi (Italian dumpling with potatoes)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • 200 g Rocket
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 g Provolone cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water for two minutes, drain. In the meantime peel and chop the garlic and onions. Clean, wash and cut the rocket and basil into strips, except for something to garnish.

    Heat the oil. Sauté garlic and onion in it. Sauté rocket, basil and gnocchi in it. Pour into an ovenproof dish. Grate cheese, sprinkle over it and season with pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for five minutes.

    Serve garnished with basil.
