Add spring onion and corn and steam briefly. Add the chopped tomatoes. Season with Sambal Oelek and salt. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, brush the chicken wings with honey. Arrange the chicken wings with the vegetables on a plate. Garnish with parsley leaves as desired.
