Glazed chicken wings with fiery vegetables

  • 3-4 Chicken wings (à approx. 60 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 can(s) (212 ml, separation weight 140 g) Vegetable corn
  • 1/2 red and green pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/2 370 g-pack of tomatoes pieces with onions and garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash chicken wings cold and dab dry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for about 20 minutes. Turn several times in between. In the meantime, drain the corn.

    Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces. Clean, wash and cut spring onion into rings. Fry the bell peppers in the remaining hot oil for 2 minutes. Add spring onion and corn and steam briefly. Add the chopped tomatoes. Season with Sambal Oelek and salt. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, brush the chicken wings with honey. Arrange the chicken wings with the vegetables on a plate. Garnish with parsley leaves as desired.
