Mix oil, Sambal Oelek and lemon juice. Add herbs and season with salt. Rinse chicken meat cold, dab dry, cut into cubes and leave to marinate for about 2 hours. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Peel and halve shallots.
Remove the meat cubes from the marinade. Heat 4-6 tablespoons of the marinade in a wok and fry the meat for approx. 8 minutes, turning it over. Add the shallots and cook for about 5 minutes. Finally add the zucchini and nuts and fry for about 3 minutes. Season if necessary
