Ingredients

  • 200 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 300 g Coconut flake
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 Protein
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut the marzipan into cubes. Mix grated coconut, marzipan and lemon juice. Beat egg white until stiff, slowly add icing sugar and mix with the coconut mixture. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Pour the coconut mixture into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray 8 heaps of coconut mass onto the baking tray at a large distance. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ gas: level 1) for 25-30 minutes. Results in 8 pieces
