Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 200 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. Batavia, Lollo rosso and pickle salad)
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Basil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g Hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan or mountain cheese)

Directions

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash, drain and pluck the lettuce smaller. Wash basil, pluck leaves

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Add the oil. Mix in tomatoes, onion, lettuce and basil. Arrange and slice the cheese on top
