For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Fold in 5 tablespoons of oil. Wash the chives, chop finely and stir in. Season to taste with horseradish.
Clean and wash the radish and cucumber. Peel the cucumber if necessary. Slice or plane everything. Peel onions, cut them into thin slices. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade.
Dice rolls and fry them in 3 tbsp. hot oil while turning them golden brown. Clean, wash and shake salads dry. Pluck leaves smaller. Cut sausage into thin slices. Mix salad, sausage and croutons with the radish-cucumber salad. Season to taste.
