Fruity turkey steak

Ingredients

  • 150 g broccoli, salt
  • 80 g Turkey filet
  • 2 (100 g) TK-Rösti corners
  • 1 TEASPOON oil, possibly coarse pepper
  • 75 g Apricots + 2 tablespoons apricot juice (canned)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sauce thickener

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the broccoli. Steam in 1/8 l salt water for about 8 minutes

    Fry turkey and rösti in hot oil for approx. 8 minutes

  3. 3

    Season the turkey and take them out. Cut the apricots into slices. Take out broccoli. Boil up vegetable water and apricot juice in the frying fat, thicken and season. Heat broccoli and apricots in it. Serve everything
