Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tabasco
  • 1/2 (125 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fast cooked rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp (5 minutes)
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 125 g Pepper-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS pickled,
  • 7-10 Tbsp green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with minced meat and tomato ketchup. Season with salt and Tabasco. Distribute evenly in an oiled, microwaveable dish. Cook for four minutes at 600 watts without lid.

    Meanwhile cook the rice in boiling salted water for five minutes. Clean and wash the spring onion and cut into thin rings. Drain apricots, cut into slices. Put spring onion and apricots on the minced meat.

    Cook for another three minutes at 600 watts. Add rice. Add crème fraîche and sprinkle with peppercorns. Garnish with parsley.
