  • 250 g Margarine
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Egg liqueur
  • 250 g Flour
  • 11/2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 kg mixed fruit

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 C. Make a foam from margarine, sugar and eggs, stir in the remaining ingredients briefly. Bake for 20-30 minutes on a baking tray.
