Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Peel and slice the bananas. Peel kiwis, halve them crosswise and cut them into slices. Mix honey and lemon juice and marinate the fruits in it for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime put cream in a mixing bowl. Stir in sauce powder with a whisk and whip quickly and vigorously for about 1 minute. Pluck the lemon balm leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips. Arrange fruit salad together with the sauce on plates and serve sprinkled with lemon balm strips
