Peel the kiwis, quarter them lengthwise and cut into pieces. Drain the apricots and collect the juice. Dice the apricots. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Wash and quarter apples and remove the cores.
Dice the quarters as well and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the fruit, 3 tablespoons of apricot juice and sugar and let it stand for a while. Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in liqueur. Serve the fruit with cream.
Decorate with mint as desired.
