Fruit salad with apricot quark

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 800 g Cantalup melon
  • 100 ml Orange liqueur
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 bag of vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Maple syrup
  • 50 g Amaretti (Italian almond pastry)

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Wash and clean the raspberries. Cut melon into quarters, remove seeds and peel. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Sprinkle prepared fruit with orange liqueur, let it steep a little.

    In the meantime puree the apricots in the juice. Stir the curd cheese and pureed apricots until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, vanilla sugar and maple syrup. Arrange the quark and fruit in glasses and serve sprinkled with amaretti
