Frisée salad with avocado & salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar, 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Frisée salad
  • 100-125 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) ripe avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

    Mix vinegar, horseradish, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Peel onion, dice finely and stir in

    Clean the frisée, wash it and pluck it a little smaller. Cut salmon into wide strips. Cut avocado in half, stone and peel. Cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice

    Arrange the prepared salad ingredients with some sauce on a plate. Add the rest of the sauce

    Drink: cool rosé wine
