Tomato and apple salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 1 (200 g) Apples
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (25 g) Croutinos with bacon and apple

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash thoroughly and drain. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash and quarter the apple as well, remove the core. Cut apple into thin slices.

    Mix vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Arrange lettuce, tomato and apple slices on plates. Fill the vinaigrette on top and sprinkle with croutinos.
