Clean and wash the zucchini, dab dry and cut into diagonal slices. Season zucchini slices with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs. Turn zucchini slices first in flour, then in egg and sesame.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the zucchini slices for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown and keep warm. Mix sour cream and quark. Wash the herbs and chop finely. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.
Add herbs and garlic to the quark. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the zucchini on a plate. Garnish with parsley. Serve with the sour cream quark dip.
