Fried sausages with cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, nutmeg
  • 50 g peeled carrot
  • 150 g cleaned cauliflower
  • 6 tablespoons (40 ml) + 4 TABLESPOONS
  • 7-10 Tbsp low-fat milk
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 3 Poultry or grilled sausages
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp plant-based Binders
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Wash potatoes and cook covered in salted water for about 20 minutes

    Wash the carrot and cut into slices. Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Bring 6 tablespoons of water, 6 tablespoons of milk and broth to the boil. Cover the cauliflower and cook for about 15 minutes. After about 5 minutes add carrot and cook

    Fry the sausages in hot oil in a coated pan for about 5 minutes

    Tie the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Drain potatoes, except for some potato water, and mash them finely. Stir in 4 tablespoons of milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve everything. Wash parsley, chop finely and sprinkle over it
