Wholemeal spaghetti with white cabbage, turkey filet, paprika and sweet-sour sauce

  • 50 g Wholemeal spaghetti
  • 100 g White cabbage
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) orange pepper
  • 100 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Thai chili sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the white cabbage and cut into thin strips. Clean, wash, dab dry and cut into strips. Wash turkey breast, dab dry, cut into strips and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes. Add paprika and white cabbage strips and fry for another 2 minutes. Add spaghetti and chili sauce and heat up in it. Arrange the spaghetti pan on a plate and garnish with chives.
