Fried prawns with pea and tomato vegetables

Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen king prawn tails
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g frozen peas
  • 200 g chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp a slice of lemon and flat parsley

Directions

    Defrost the prawns. Except for the end piece, peel the shell off the shrimps. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely and slice the garlic.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the prawns and fry on each side for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, cook peas in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes.

    Drain it. Heat the tomatoes in a pot and fold in the peas. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange the prawns and tomato vegetables on a plate and serve with a slice of lemon and parsley to taste.

    Ciabatta bread tastes good with it.
