Fried potatoes from the tray with BBQ mince

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12 medium-sized, mainly waxy potatoes (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Barbecue sauce (bottle)
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese (piece)
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with their skins in boiling water for 15-18 minutes. In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Stir in barbecue sauce, remove pan from heat.

    Finely grate the cheese.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drain the potatoes, place them on the baking tray and press them a little flatter. Spread the minced meat on the potatoes, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

    Season crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Take the potatoes out of the oven and arrange them. Serve with crème fraiche.
