Fried noodle pan with gyros

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Pork neck
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TEASPOONS Gyros spice mixture
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 300 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel onions and garlic and cut onions into strips and garlic into fine cubes. Mix meat, onions and garlic, marinate with gyros spice and 2 tablespoons of oil.

    Cut broccoli into florets from the stalk and wash. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning it.

    Season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat. Sauté vegetables in the frying fat for about 4 minutes. Add stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Pour pasta into a sieve, drain well. Take the vegetables out of the pan.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of fat in a frying pan and fry the noodles for about 4 minutes, turning them over. Put meat and vegetables back into the pan, fold in and arrange.
