Rice noodles with beef

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Rice noodles
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 200 g Hoof steak
  • 3 TSP Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON demerara sugar
  • 5-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken

Directions

    Pour boiling water over the rice noodles and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. In the meantime cut the peppers in half, clean, wash and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings.

    Wash the coriander, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into fine strips except for a little to garnish. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the meat for 2-3 minutes while turning it and remove from the pan. Fry the garlic, peppers and spring onions in hot frying fat for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with sugar, caramelise briefly and add soy sauce.

    Season vegetables with chili flakes and chili sauce.

    Add noodles and meat to the vegetables, mix and season with soy and chilli sauce. Fold in chopped coriander and arrange noodle pan in small bowls. Garnish with coriander.
